Kia ora,

The people who didn’t go to camp made Eco houses in Minecraft or they drew them in their art books and than Manukau  year 4rs drew them so our parents could see them when we were done and take them home. If you want to know how long it took, it took a week and a half. It took a week to finish in Minecraft and half a week to do the drawing. If you’re wondering what an Eco house is well its a house that protects the earth like not made of things that the world other animals need and also having a farm so you don’t kill the animals for meat.  One feature in my Eco house is I have a unlimited water fountain in the entrance.

Yesterday we all took part in a STEM challenge in our class. We had to use different materials to make a course that a ping pong ball can go down for ten seconds. Mr Riceman gave us 30 minutes at the start then we needed more time so we got 15 more minutes to build more on our group track and to make more things like ramps and tunnels. My group name was the puppy and we all got 50 minutes. we got last place and I would make taller sides next time.

hears what to do if you get a mean comment tell a teacher or parent my class and I have bean digital foot print and good and bad comment. it was hard at first but after a while you get the hang of it.

We created a poster about me. I included my two dogs called Anna and Billy.

We were allowed to customise the background and words. We talked about what to post on line and what shouldn’t be posted. Things we can talk about are our first name and things we like to do. It was hard making the decisions about the colours because I like them to match the galaxy theme.

Hello on Thursday the 27th we went to war under strings it was so fun but one thing I did not like was every one got carpet burn it was very sore.I had so much fun doing the push ups and pull ups. We were under them for a day and we all got sick of them

On Monday it was athletics day at school. We had activities like long jump, high jump, shot put and sprints. My favourite was the sprints because it was so fun. I will work on my running so I am faster next time.

Here is my group’s Lego tower. We had to build a tower and then our teacher shook  them on a board like an earthquake. All of them fell. We had to rebuild them but make changes to improve them. They lasted longer the second time

Last week we got a visit from some people from the Corban Estate Art Centre. They came to teach us how to make some 3D paper volcano art.We made volcano art.

Next time I will make another one.
